There are two viable options for travel to/from West Point.

Rental Car: If you rent a vehicle, you can find the driving directions to West Point here. Rental Car Companies available at Stewart Airport can be found here. Travel time is approximately 30 minutes.
Taxi / Shuttle / Limousine: Visconti Ground Transport service provides a shuttle to West Point for approximately $30. It is best to have a reservation. They can be reached at (845) 567-3560 from 6 a.m. to midnight. Additional information can be found here.
