Author Instructions for Poster Sessions

In addition to the papers, there will be a poster session.

Topics

Please see the Call for Papers for possible topic areas.

Formatting

Authors should submit a two-page extended abstract for review.  Please ensure your poster abstract submission follows the Poster Abstract Formatting instructions.

Submission

Poster abstracts are due at the same time as larger papers.  When you are ready to submit your poster abstract, please see the Submission page.

Presentation

Please see the Poster Presentations page for information on the layout and presentation of posters.  NOTE:  The conference will provide tri-fold panels and fasteners (tape, pins, etc.).  Poster presenters will only need to bring the materials to post.

Publication

The extended abstracts for accepted posters will be published in the conference proceedings. Because of this, the poster abstracts should be revised based on reviewer comments and should accurately reflect the content of the poster presentation.
