Poster Formatting

For initial submission:

Authors should submit a two-page extended abstract for review.

NOTE:  Remember to remove any personal or institutional identification from the abstract in accordance with the blind review process (this information will be captured during the online submission process).

There are only two required items for the initial abstract:

  • Title of poster.
  • The remainder of the abstract should reflect the contents of the poster presentation.

For accepted posters:

The authors of accepted posters will be expected to consider suggestions from the reviewers, update their abstract to accurately reflect the presentation that will be made, and submit the improved abstract to the final submission process.

This final version should use the same formatting as regular papers, and contain the following:

  • Title of Poster
  • Complete names (surname and given name) of all authors.
  • Organizational affiliation of the authors.
  • The remainder of the abstract should reflect the contents of the poster presentation.
