** Note: the workshop hotel (Hotel Thayer) and the workshop meeting location (Thayer Hall) are NOT the same building. The Hotel Thayer is approximately 1 mile from Thayer Hall. See the installation map for details.  **

Workshop Shuttle Service

• Special workshop shuttle bus will depart the Hotel Thayer on June 6 & 7 to Thayer Hall at:

                    7:00 AM and 7:30 AM

• Special workshop shuttle bus will depart the Thayer Hall and return to the Hotel Thayer on June 6 at:

            5:30 PM and 6:00 PM

• Special workshop shuttle bus will depart the Thayer Hall and return to the Hotel Thayer on June 7 at:

                   12:30 PM and 1:00 PM.

• Special workshop shuttle bus will depart the Hotel Thayer to South Dock for the Boat Ride after dinner on June 6. Transportation will also be provided back to Hotel Thayer.

        In addition to the above shuttle service, West Point provides a normal post shuttle bus that stops at Thayer Hall and the Hotel Thayer twice every hour. The schedule is:

• Thayer Hall Southbound to the Hotel Thayer: 13 and 43 minutes after the hour (e.g. 9:13 or 9:43). Last bus is at 5:13 PM.
• Hotel Thayer Northbound to Thayer hall: 21 and 51 minutes after the hour (e.g. 7:51).

Parking

   Parking near the workshop meeting location (Thayer Hall) is very restricted.  All participants are strongly encouraged to park in the Hotel Thayer parking lot and use the workshop shuttle service.    This lot is shown on the left hand side of the installation map (installation map), adjacent  to Buffalo Soldier Field.
