NOTE:  Abstracts are not being accepted for review. Authors must submit full papers by the deadline for their papers to be considered.

Publication

Papers for this year's workshop will be published in the Workshop Proceedings, as they were in previous years. The proceedings will be available on both CDROM and in hard copy.  In addition, many of the authors may be invited to submit extended versions of workshop papers to the Transactions of IEEE SMC Part C for journal publication.
